Industry experience
Mosue has spent years working at the junction of mechanical engineering and ergonomic home standards. Our founding principle is simple: a bed should move quietly, hold its load, and last as long as the frame beneath it.
Every product line begins on the factory floor, where motors, frames, and textiles are shaped to the same tolerances we would expect from a home we would sleep in ourselves.
Manufacturing capabilities
Metal fabrication
Computer-controlled cutting, forming, and welding produce the bed frames and mechanical chassis that carry every adjustable mechanism. Each part is checked against its drawing before it moves to assembly.
Motor assembly
Motors and control systems are assembled in a dust-controlled environment, where actuators are calibrated and wiring is verified before each unit is sealed for shipment.
Textiles
Mattress covers and upholstery are stitched to controlled seam allowances, so panels align under load and the finish stays even across every production run.
R&D and compliance
Proprietary silent motor actuators and adjustable bed kinematics
Quality management aligned to international production standards
Conformity assessment covering electrical safety and load tolerances
Structured testing for load endurance and long-term mechanical wear
